01.04.21 - "The Rona 2021: Over 85 Million served worldwide"
I originally stopped creating this series in June of 2020 when according to the Johns Hopkins pandemic tracking map there were approximately 6.8 million people infected with the coronavirus COVID-19. Today that same map shows over 85 Million people infected worldwide.
The vaccine has begun to be administered to frontline workers and those at most risk.
On December 6, 2020 the State health officials notified Santa Barbara County Public Health Department that the Southern California Region had fallen below 15% ICU capacity triggering the Regional Stay-at-Home Order for the County of Santa Barbara."
On Dec. 28th that order was extended until further notice.
