04.01.20 - "The Rona 2020" was created after 13 days of following the "stay at home" order put forth by California Governor Gavin Newsom. The United States was just beginning to get hit hard but the international news was crippling and I have friends and family living in Europe and China. I was trying to hide and escape through not watching/listening to the news and not being on the computer and immersing myself in books.....this did not work. So one night I gave into the madness and fear and read everything I could about COVID-19 for hours and hours. I became saturated. I was numb. I picked up my pen and started drawing. My numbness turned to sadness as I focused on the fact that our world-culture and the human race were being so effected by a microscopic entity. This is the first piece in this series.
